Review customer challenges and expected outcomes by persona, learning how to leverage storytelling to identify with and enable customers to assist in building trust.

Customer Journeys for Success

Explore and understand the customer journey and milestones that lead to churn or growth, using strategies to enable customers through the journey with
effective tactics for proactive outreach that will drive engagement, expansions & value-based conversations

Your Expansion Playbook

Expand understanding within the four growth opportunities, the power behind multi-threading,  and how to leverage a champion to expand your products/services within the organization.

Executive Business Reviews

Review why you should host one and how often with successful outcomes, practicing more strategic conversations without selling to the customer.

Leading Customers with Confidence

Overcome imposter syndrome and learn how to lead customers with meaningful conversations that help their businesses grow with questions that lead to stronger relationships, opportunities for growth, and advocacy.

October 11 - November 15 | Tuesdays from 9 - 10 am PST

This program will run for 6-weeks with six 55-minute live classes each week, on the following dates:

  • October 11
  • October 18
  • October 25
  • November 1
  • November 8
  • November 15

Final certification for the program is due by November 30.
*A minimum of 10 participants per cohort is ideal. For registrants best interest and learning, we will offer to reschedule to a future cohort.
*No more than 3 participants from a single organization or company within a single live cohort program
*All content and archived recordings will be available for Enrolled Participants only for up to 12 months since originally enrollment date.
